To improve the quality and relevance of vocational education and strengthen links between education and industry, the Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Architectural Design Study Program developed a BIM Center Workshop, inaugurated on April 26, 2024, by the Undip Chancellor. The availability of the Digital Construction Workshop is one of the study program’s commitments to realizing a scientific vision characterized by the development of digital construction. This workshop will develop knowledge in digital construction, such as BIM, green building, and others. This development is aimed at lecturers, students, and the construction community who work together.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital process used in building and infrastructure construction. BIM involves creating and using three-dimensional (3D) digital models containing comprehensive information about a construction project. BIM allows all project stakeholders to access consistent and integrated information, thereby optimizing the construction process, increasing efficiency, and reducing errors and costs.
