Vocational School Students of Diponegoro University Become Delegates of Students Mobility Participants to QS 60 World University Ranking Universities

In realizing various internationalization programs, the Undergraduate Program in Applied Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Architectural Design of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University collaborates with the Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaya, one of which is in the 2024 Summer Program activity “Inbound Program: Exploring Malaysia Through Heritage & Culture” organized by the Faculty of Built Environment, University Malaya. A total of 23 students in the Undergraduate Program in Applied Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Architectural Design of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University participated in the activity held from 9-13 September 2024. Some of the activities in this activity include basic training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) from the MyBIM Center. MyBIM Center is an integrated center for BIM programs supported by CIDB Malaysia. Other activities in this activity aim to provide students with knowledge about Malaysian culture, especially in the Kuala Lumpur and Putra Jaya areas.

This activity was opened with an opening ceremony at the Faculty of Built Environment, University Malaya. Professor Sr. Dr. Faizul Azli Mohd also attended. Rahim (Deputy Dean of Research & Innovation), Assoc. Professor Sr. Dr. Saipol Bari Abd. Karim (Deputy Dean of Student Affairs) and Professor Sr. Ts. Dr. Syahrul Nizam Kamaruzzaman (Deputy Dean of Postgraduate). On this occasion, Assoc. Professor Sr. Dr. Saipol Bari Abd. Karim said this activity can be a routine activity to establish sustainable cooperation. The Head of the Civil Engineering and Planning Department, Asri Nurdiana, said that this Summer Program activity is one form of collaboration between the Undip Vocational School and the Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaya, which has been well established. Furthermore, through this activity, it is hoped to support several performances more strategically.
