Roster is a non-structural construction that regulates the temperature and humidity of the air in the room. The roster is also known as the Ventilation Block. A concrete roster is one of the components of a house building that helps with the air and light circulation step. Roster is also often used to divide the room. Roster made of concrete is one of the most popular types. The concrete roster is made from cement and sand. This is what makes this roster strong and resistant to extreme weather. Not only that, but the roster also makes the house look more artistic. Thus, the walls of the home or building that uses a roster will look more beautiful. Its attractive design also makes the house look more beautiful and comfortable. Roster can also reduce the use of lamp energy and optimize natural light from sunlight. Not only air but also the roster that has these holes provides access to sunlight; the design of the roster also produces sun shadows that have their impression. At the same time, the shortcomings of the roster on the market are about privacy, where it is essential to maintain security in a building so that others do not readily know it. The fairly wide cavity in the roster is also a drawback because it makes it easy for dirt and dust to enter. In addition, experts in their fields must carry out the installation process. So, to overcome the problems of rosters that appear on the market, it is necessary to make several changes to the roster design to improve the function of the roster, where the roster itself must have optimal air circulation and an element of privacy that is maintained. This study aims to solve a problem of concrete rosters on the market, namely, less than optimal air circulation, privacy factors, and concrete roster designs. The purpose of this study is to determine the stages of the procedure for making concrete roster design innovations, to find out the results of testing concrete rosters on air circulation, facades, compressive strength, and water absorption, and to find out the value of incoming air circulation, maintained privacy elements, and aesthetics of roster design innovations with roster products on the market.

Which concrete roster has each design will be tested using Autodesk CFD software to simulate the wind flow that occurs when passing through the roster design. It is assumed that the wind speed is an average of 1.77 m / s.
Based on the research findings and analysis, it can be concluded as follows:
- In this concrete roster-making research, there is a procedure that is carried out in stages; stage 1 is making a concrete roster design using BIM (Building Information Modeling) based software, stage 2 is making a concrete roster mold using fiberglass material, stage 3 is the realization of making a concrete roster. The concrete roster is created by mixing all the materials, namely sand, gravel, cement, and water, according to the job mix, and then the mixture is poured into a mold measuring 20 x 20 x 10. After that, air bubbles in the mold continue to be removed, so the concrete roster becomes denser when it hits the concrete roster mold.
- The tests carried out in this study were air circulation tests carried out using AutoDesk CFD, design tests carried out by distributing questionnaires to the public online, compressive strength tests at the age of concrete 7 and 14 days with three samples using a compression testing tool, water absorption tests were carried out by drying the test object samples in an oven at a temperature of 110 ° C for 24 hours then soaked in water.
