Higher Education Collaboration: Signing of LoI between Undip Vocational School and Faculty of Civil and Built Environment Engineering, UTHM University

To strengthen international cooperation in the field of higher education, the Vocational School of Diponegoro University (SV Undip) and the Faculty of Public and Natural Engineering of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia have signed a Letter of Intent (LOL), which was carried out in a hybrid manner on Monday, December 23, 2024, and took place in the Meeting Room on the 4th floor of Building A of the Undip Vocational School. This event was attended by the Dean of the Undip Vocational School, Prof. Dr. Ir. Budiyono, M.Si, Head of the Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Architectural Design Study Program, Asri Nurdiana, S.T., M.T., and representatives of Lecturers in the Undip Vocational School environment. The presence of these academics shows a shared commitment to improving the quality of productive and sustainable education.

The signing of this LoL is a strategic step to strengthen cooperation in teaching, research, and community service. This collaboration emerged as a response to the need to enhance international cooperation. As global challenges and technological developments increase, this cooperation is essential to improve the quality of education. This cooperation also opens up opportunities to conduct joint research that can produce new and sustainable innovations.

With the signing of this Lol, it is hoped that both institutions can establish good cooperation in various fields and support the tri dharma of higher education. The signing of this Lol is not just a formality but a foundation for productive and sustainable cooperation.
